    A: The Barran family after suffering double murders of 10 year old Mervyn Barran, and Bemchand Barran.
         They were shot  execution style while catching shrimp.

  B: Gary Boyce was a watchman on duty when he was killed execution style

  C: Gangadai was beaten and robbed by bandits who entered via the windows. Her husband was chopped.

    Many violent crimes have been committed by bandits using such sophisticated weapons as machine guns and grenades.

O: Shabudeen Kassim, of Vryheid Village, West Canje, Berbice, is shot down by bandits in his yard after he tried to summon help.
     He had just returned from the masjid with his 1 1/2 year old son.
